Here’s a vegetable that I love : the carrot, and not just because it makes the pink butt and it makes kind ! The only problem with the carrot is that we do not always know how to cook it, yes, because I am sure that, other than grated or roasted, you don’t cook a lot. And well there (magic, magic…), I give you my version of pie with carrots, which I hope you will want to you look into the subject. I would tell you that I have carefully chosen a number of carrots of different colors for the pie to be more pretty in the cup, but beware of purple carrot, which will rub off on others and give you a pie to look rather Halloweenesque (yes I have the right to make the neologism if I want to !!!), good at the same time it is seasonal (Halloween eh, not the neologism !).

In short, this pie is light and full of flavors, personally I put the cumin because I succumb to the combination of the carrot and cumin but if you don’t like, you can always change it, I wouldn’t take it badly !
