I don’t buy often of the lawyer tropical, because I don’t see often and two because I don’t think simply not ! Avocado Mousse tropical Espelette pepper

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 1 avocado tropical
  • 2 tbsp of avocado oil.
  • 1 tbsp of fresh cream
  • The juice of half a lime
  • 1 good pinch of Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel. Then cut in pieces and put these in a blender.

Add the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a foam.

Serve fresh !
