Avocado Mousse tropical Espelette pepper
Ingredients (for 4)
- 1 avocado tropical
- 2 tbsp of avocado oil.
- 1 tbsp of fresh cream
- The juice of half a lime
- 1 good pinch of Espelette pepper
- Salt and pepper
Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel. Then cut in pieces and put these in a blender.
Add the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a foam.
Serve fresh !
