After you have unveiled my super recipe for falafel, here’s a little idea to enjoy them on the go at lunch time. And what else than a bread bagel top trend to change the pita bread…?! Nothing else ! I therefore leave you succumb to this delicious snack, healthy, personally, I only made that a mouthful (finally a way to talk, do not attempt it because it is still a little big in a single bite !!!).

This bagel is really the perfect combo between the lawyer, the sauce, tahina and falafel, and then in the moment I’m in my lawyer (who said that I was a monomaniac ?!), in short, if I could, I dévorerais hundreds….

And then if you don’t like falafel, there is always bagels salmon !

Bagels, falafel, avocado and tahina

Ingredients (for 2 bagels)

  • 2 loaves of bagel
  • 3 falafels
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

For the sauce, tahina

  • 3 c. s. of tahin (sesame paste)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 c. c. of coarse salt


Cut the avocado into strips. Citronnez with a little lemon juice to prevent it blackens and book.

Prepare the sauce tahina by mixing in a blender garlic, coarse salt and lemon juice. Mix well and then add the water and the tahin and mix again.

Cut the bagels in half and spread the sauce tahina on the bread bottom and then arrange over the strips of avocado. Finally, add the falafels warm cut in two on the bagels (three halves per bagel) and add a little sauce on top. Cover with top of bagel.

Cut the bagels in half and enjoy.
