It’s been a few days that I haven’t posted a recipe, and Leah has taken over this week (this is really a more co-blogging !). The fault (or rather the chance !) a real estate project that is released and to make a decision more quickly. And I can tell you that these last days have been intense reflection, and the nights rather short, it is not as if the past 6 months I had accumulated 200 hours of sleep in late with Mini-Miss !!! So it is with a recipe to eat on the go as I come back, a recipe for bagels to salmon and as I am a lazy soul at heart, I bought my bagels, ready-made, as it is faster.
Few ingredients but a bagel effective that combines smoked salmon, avocado (yes I know the two of them together I am not inventing anything !) and a lemon cream dill to the yogurt base (yes I think this was all the same !).
Bagels with salmon, avocado and dill sauce
Ingredients (for 2 bagels)
- 2 breads bagels
- 4 small slices of smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 yogurt
- a small bunch of dill
- 1 tbsp of avocado oil or olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper
Remove skin from avocado and cut into strips. Citronnez with a little lemon juice to prevent it blackens and book.
Prepare the sauce by mixing together the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, remaining dill finely chopped, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the bagels in half and spread the yogurt sauce on the bread bottom and then arrange over the salmon slices and then the slices of avocado. Finally, add a little sauce and top with the second bread.
Cut into two and serve.
Good bagel !
