I’ve always liked bananas, but what I loved above all, it was to see my father do bananas. I was impressed to see it with his stove on fire, and I think it added a bit to impress us by asking us to push us out as far as possible, while at the bottom of the kitchen. And then what I also liked, it was the feeling of power a little taste of the rum…
We were left then, each with our banana flambe and licked deliciously our dessert plate so you don’t miss a drop. For me, this is a recipe that allows me to make a return to childhood, and I delight as much as ever of a banana flambe. And yes … I lick always on my plate !
