Nothing beats a good salad with lots of good things in it. I propose to you a recipe that I make very often because I find, in addition to being delicious, very fresh and very nutritious. A beet salad with lentils, sucrine salad, and feta cheese.. the perfect combo you’ll see ! And then if you don’t like, you can always fall back on the beet salad is innovative !
So here is a small salad which I am sure will convince you of trying it (listen up, she begs you !!!).
Beet salad, sucrine salad, lentils, and feta cheese
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 cooked beetroots house or all ready (I find the organic delicious)
- The leaves of a salad sucrine
- 1 small glass of green lentils (du Puy for me)
- Of feta cheese (half a pack for me)
- Olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
Put the lentils to cook as indicated on the packaging. Once cooked, drain and reserve them so they are cool.
Wash the salad leaves and drain.
Cut the beets into strips and set aside.
Cut the feta into cubes and snip the chives.
Make the sauce with the lemon juice and a little olive oil and season.
Assemble in a plate, drizzle sauce and enjoy.
