Good so as I am a daughter of a great flemmardise, and, in recent times, I have a job full time that is Mini-Miss, I let myself go easily with these mendicants in the white chocolate (yeah, but it’s not 3 days of Christmas that we will spend time to prepare the delicacies !). Yes I kept my soul and tastes of children, because I love white chocolate, but I think you already know because there is not so long ago I was making a panna cotta with white chocolate …

Who is it for the good beggars ?!

Beggars in white chocolate, cranberry, pistachio & Co {Battle Food #14}

Ingredients (for a fortnight)

  • 300 g of good white chocolate
  • The cranberries
  • Pistachios
  • Grapes
  • Of dry figs
  • Of brazil nuts

Description

Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie, then down to a temperature of 32° about (it is not necessary that it is warmer than your bottom lip).

Form of shuffleboard on a sheet of parchment paper and arrange the dried fruit on top.

Allow to cool 30 minutes.

Give them away or keep them jealously for you !!!
