Good so let us return to our sheep jars to find what I gonna present you ! Very trendy in the USA in recent times, the concept in a jar was not yet too come by up here ! And so to do well in French, I decided to make a black forest in a jar ! Dessert a little kitch, I find that it takes a hell of a shot young like that…

I liked the idea of a small dessert in a jar, not too big (tasty but not too much !) but you can always do a giant if you want !

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 15 cl of whipping cream
  • 10 g of icing sugar
  • 100 g of cherries amarena or cherries in kirch with their syrup

For the biscuit cake chocolate

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 18 g of bitter cocoa powder

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Make the sponge cake, for this, separate the yolks from whites, then whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens and becomes foamy. Gently fold the cocoa mixture.

Whisk the egg whites and then integrate two times to the yellow.

Divide the mixture into 8 muffin cups coated boxes.

Bake for 15 minutes.

During this time fight the really cold cream with the icing sugar to make the whipped cream. Book the fee.

Once cooled, die-piècez your genoa to the size of your jars and then place a sponge cake at the bottom of each jar. Cover with cherries and syrup to soak the cake. Continue with a layer of whipped cream and then repeat the operation.

Enjoy immediately or keep cool.
