I love both the brownies in all their forms as you have seen here and here, but also the cheesecakes here or there then the idea of combining the two, as I had already seen on the blogosphere, really appealed to me ! Good but as Gentleman is not a super fan of this base to the cream cheese and I had to find something to remove this side is slightly sour cheesecake. This is why I added ripe bananas that goes also perfectly with the chocolate, well, yes banana-chocolate it is not a novelty, you know that it is good (do not make the innocent !) !!!

And the result is top, it is really very delicious and soft in texture, pile hair what I wanted ! And the icing on the cake, Dear to him as well loved, yes yes…it was not the euphoria either (phew…these men!) but it’s still something that he is not a fan of the base, so I was rather pleased with me !

And you the brownie cheesecake, it speaks to you ?!

Brownie cheesecake banana

Ingredients (for a square pan of 25 cm)

  • 170 g of good dark chocolate
  • 170 g of butter
  • 150 g of flour
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. c. of baking powder
  • 1/2 c. to c. of salt

For the cheesecake the banana

  • 300 g of cream cheese
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder


Preheat the oven to 160°.

Mix together all the dry ingredients except sugar, mix well.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Stir in the sugar to this mixture and then the eggs one by one, mixing vigorously between each.

Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix without working the dough too.

For the cheesecake mix together all ingredients and set aside.

Pour brownie into a flat square and then pour cheesecake on top. Make of the mottling with the help of a knife and then bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let cool and let stand 3 hours before serving.
