Ah, the darlings…I am sure that each one of us to a souvenir reminding him of the smell of sugar cooked and the taste of this candy…! At the funfair, on the holiday markets or even on the beach, this confectionery is a bit like Proust’s madeleine. What do you want when is it greedy, one does not repeat not!!!!!

Brownie the darlings
- 125 g of butter
- 100 g dark chocolate 70%
- 70 g of sugar cane
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of bitter cocoa
- 80 g of darlings
- 30 g of flour
- 1/2 c. to c. yeast
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Butter and flour a rectangular mold of 20 cm.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and yeast and then stir in gradually this mixture to the melted chocolate. Add the eggs one by one mixing well between each. Finally, add the darlings crushed.
Pour into the pan and bake for 23-25 minutes of cooking.
