A craving for chocolate that does not control so here’s a brownie revisited with walnuts (Grenoble !) and cranberries that will delight your taste buds.
Brownies with nuts and cranberries
Ingredients (for 4 greedy)
- 125 g of butter
- 100 g dark chocolate 70%
- 125 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of powder of cocoa bitter
- 75 g of walnuts
- 60 g cranberries-dried
- 30 g of flour
- 1/2 c to c of yeast
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Butter and flour a rectangular mold of 20 cm.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and then add the nuts and cranberries.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and yeast and then stir in gradually this mixture to the melted chocolate.
Add the eggs one by one mixing well between each.
Pour into the pan and bake for 30 min of cooking.
