Ah, the soft cake and chocolate !! Here is a cake which is a classic dessert that is always a pleasure to all. Today I present to you the recipe of my mom (pay attention to them !), that is terribly delicious (yeah I can’t say the contrary !), it is what it is. You have the chance, you can not even imagine… A chocolate cake with fondant perfectly, but… still try not to finish the dish too quickly !!!

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter, half salt
  • 100 g of powder of almonds
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 c to s of sugar
  • 2 c to s of flour


Preheat the oven to 180°.

Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or in a bain-marie. In a bowl, mix the almond powder, the flour and the sugar.

Add the chocolate and the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix. Separate the yolks from the white. Add the egg yolks one by one to the mixture, mixing between each.

Take up whites in snow and incorporate it into the cake mixture. Put in a mold to run out, and bake for 25 minutes of cooking.

Enjoy warm or cold.
