Then, I wanted to make THE cake kids love cake marbled (but yes, remember, we all ate in the savanna in our childhood). And I am not mistaken, this cake was all the rage, as much in small as in great, so that everyone has taken a hand. So I revisited this recipe of cake marbled milk free by replacing the butter with oil, and the milk by the milk plant, which makes it even lighter. Enjoy with or without chocolate frosting, it is up to you but it is still super cool too best (yes, I speak today as I want to !) !!! Well ok I go out !

Cake marbled chocolate {without milk}

For 1 cake (here a mold bundt cake Save Print Ingredients

  • 300 g of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 90 ml of oil
  • 90 ml of vegetable milk
  • 1 packet 1/2 yeast
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons of vegetable milk
  • The vanilla powder
  • FOR THE FROSTING (optional)
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 10 cl soya cream



  • Preheat the oven to 170°.
  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
  • Add the oil and the milk to the mixture and then the flour and baking powder and stir the dough with a wooden spoon.
  • Separate the dough into two.
  • In the first, add vanilla and set aside.
  • In the second add the chocolate, to do this melt the chocolate with the milk plant. Add this mixture to the dough and then finish incorporating the cocoa powder.
  • Beat the egg whites, separate into two and add the two pastes.
  • Grease and flour a pan, then alternate layers of dough and chocolate dough to the vanilla.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Let cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
