The mission of the day was “dump congélo” in order to do the sort (yes he needs it from time to time mr. congélo) and also a little empty to leave room for the small pots of Mini-Mademoiselle. Yes, because, between its compotes and purees, she has the right to a little less than half of the congélo all the same !!! In short, therefore, there was a small bag of red fruit that was lying without me knowing what to do, so he ends up in the cake with red fruits. A cake with red berries, but also almonds because I love cakes with almonds, I find that the almonds are still a lot of fluffy cake/cupcake. So who said almond said there is not a dead hand, and you put the puree and the almond powder (when we love we doesn’t count !).

A cake eaten in two times three movements by the Gentleman, who was hungry from a day of work (well not all the cake I’m exaggerating), but it did not have over 24 h, at the same time tasted out of the oven it is quite comforting !
