Caramel salted butter with fleur de sel
To 1 big pot Save Print Ingredients
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter half-salt
- 15 cl of whipping cream
- 3 g of fleur de sel
- Make a caramel and dry with the sugar.
- Heat the cream and add it little by little out of the fire in the caramel. Stir well.
- Then add the salt and then gradually the butter in pieces. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Put in a pot and let it cool.
Good caramel !
