Now you know my adoration (no, no the word is not a bit strong !) for the vegetables roasted in the oven. Then to continue with the series, I offers you a nice bunch of carrots multi-colored. Simply oven roasted with thyme and garlic, yes, yes these lovely carrots not need nothing more to be sublimated !!!

It is that, that will taste good ?!

Carrots roasted with thyme and garlic

Ingredients (for 2-3)

  • a bunch of carrots, multicoloured (one dozen)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of thyme
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Peel the carrots.

Blanch them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in a baking dish.

Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices, add the carrots.

Put the sprigs of thyme a little crumbled, a drizzle of olive oil and season.

Bake for 35 minutes.
