Since the time that I wanted to make this salad and it is finally done !!! Basically, a good roast chicken house shared as a family and that’s all ! And as we had not eaten it all, I found the perfect opportunity for us to make a good salad at Monsieur and me.
How do you say… the set and just perfect in the mouth, the chicken, the bacon, the Parmesan cheese and the crunchiness of the salad… mmm… the best salads !
For the sauce I leave you the choice to incorporate or not anchovies in the sauce traditional. Personally I don’t like it so I just do without, you choose !
Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 white or a roast chicken leg
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 6 slices of bacon
- A pieces of ciabatta bread
For the sauce
- The juice of half a lemon
- 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 of a clove of garlic
- 1 c. c. of sour cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets (or not !)
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Tear the bread and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and add the rosemary, chopped.Then add the bacon on top and bake for 10 min. Book.
During this time cut the chicken into pieces and prepare the vinaigrette.
For this mix together the crushed garlic, the anchovies, the cream, the lemon juice, the grated parmesan, 3 tablespoons olive oil and salt and pepper. Emulsify well together.
Remove the cs large leaves of romaine to keep only the young leaves. Wash the salad and wring it out.
In a bowl put the lettuce, chicken, croutons and bacon and then add the dressing. Mix together and add the shavings of parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately ! So, this is not the best caesar salad you’ve eaten ?!
