This evening was an evening like any other, a Friday the 13th mundane, a day of superstition for some, but also, and especially, the end of a week of work, the start of the weekend as we are celebrating by going out for a drink, a bite to eat or to listen to good music… Yet at 22h on Friday November 13, 2015 was not a Friday the 13th like the others, the horror occurred, and my heart is torn in a thousandth of a second. I cried, I cried a lot in front of this outburst of hatred, this cruelty, I thought of the victims on whom we have all put faces and names, I thought of their families and their loved ones. I left the time to come by here, time to find the courage and the words. Write… write not to forget, write to start, write as a therapy… It is my duty, our duty not to forget, as we should not forget the other victims of attacks in the world, there is no better dead.
Let us remain united in the face of these barbaric acts committed because we are freedom ♥
To share with you, cook, that is what I know to do better then I’m there. I propose to you a recipe while lightweight, a recipe doudoue to think a little for the comfort of our minds, whipped cream, salted butter caramel. Yes it is not really a recipe as such, but you still have to make the salted butter caramel if you’re not in the closet ! And as it was in need of comfort, but we don’t all want to spend three time in the kitchen, whipped cream, caramel is the perfect remedy used in the end of the meal with a coffee.
I leave you with the recipe and I send you full of love, kisses and hugs.
