You know my addiction to cheese cake then after the cake cheese white way meal here is his V. O the cheesecake !
The cheesecake is the dessert of anglo-saxon par excellence, but to change I try it with yogurt made from goat’s milk that I love so much and a pastry streusel in my way !
We feasted and in addition it is simple !!!
Cheesecake yogurt from goat’s milk and lemon
Ingredients (for 6-weighed pieces of 10 cm)
- 2 Greek yogurts made from goat’s milk
- 1 goat cottage cheese
- 50 g of sugar cane
- 2 eggs
- Zest of half a lemon non-treaty
- 1 c. c. of cornflour
For the streusel
- 70 g of flour
- 60 g de vergeoise brune
- 50 g butter
Preheat the oven to 120°C.
To make the streusel, mix all the ingredients together by kneading with your fingertips.
Divide the dough to the bottom of the circles and cook for 5 minutes, remove from oven and set aside.
During this time mix the eggs and sugar together. Add the cottage cheese drained and the yogurt mixture and the cornflour and then stir.
Zestez the half lemon and add it to the preparation.
Pour the mixture into the circles and then bake for 30 min of cooking.
Remove from pan while still hot.
Enjoy once the cheesecakes cool, finally if you can wait !!!
You can also accompany your cheesecake with a fruit sauce, for example.
