Nuggets it is good and it is regressive, well, yes it is a little dish of children through excellence ! But to give them a little bit more chic and less childish (and more adult) what better than the very chic Parmigiano Reggiano, more commonly known under the name of Parmesan cheese ?! And then it’s still a hell of a lot better than the nuggets in Ronald !
And I’m sure that even the kids will love it !!!
Chicken Nuggets with Parmesan cheese
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 fillets of chicken
- 1 egg
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 4 c to s of flour
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Cut the chicken fillets so as to obtain pieces the size of a garfish.
Divide the flour, beaten egg seasoned and bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese mixed into three bowls different.
First change the pieces of chicken one by one in the flour, shake to remove excess.
Then dip the pieces in beaten egg.
Then end by tossing the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
heat the olive oil in a frying pan and put the nuggets to cook for 3 min on each side so that they are golden brown.
Put on absorbent paper to remove excess oil then serve.
