I cannot resist the urge of chocolate and often it comes like this, here, now, immediately ! And as I have never hooked it to the fashion of mugs cakes (I find cooking to be too rough), I prefer to prepare a cake quickly, well done. And there, it really was but then a really big crave chocolate, so I prepared a chocolate brownie decadent ! Chocolate, hazelnut and double chocolate chips, yes, it is that this ma ptite lady/my good sir !!! Good, but if you don’t like chocolate, there, I can do nothing for you !

Chocolate Brownie decadent

Ingredients (for a rectangular mold of 24 cm)

  • 130 g of good dark chocolate
  • 90 g of salted butter
  • 90 g of flour
  • 90 g of cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g hazelnuts, chopped coarsely
  • 60 g of chocolate chips in the milk
  • 60 g dark chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 180°.

Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let it cool.

Beat the eggs and add to the mixture butter-chocolate.

Then add the sugar and the flour, mix gently and add the hazelnuts and dark chocolate chips.

Pour the preparation into a mould covered with a sheet of parchment paper and add the chocolate chips to the milk on the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Leave to cool and rest before serving.

Serve with custard or a sauce of chocolate fudge, but here, I will not answer anything !!!
