A craving for chocolate it does not control (ah, those pregnant women !!!)… finally, if, by melted chocolate without complex with good ingredients in it (yeah I’m like that, I take care of you !). On the menu : mashed potatoes, almond full, the agave syrup, the flour full of rye… for a result that is delicious and so good (thin, yet those darn ankles !).

Chocolate Fondant-praline puree of almond

Ingredients (for 6 fluxes)

  • 85 g of good dark chocolate
  • 20 g of dough praline
  • 2 eggs
  • 45 g almond puree complete
  • 30 g agave syrup
  • 25 g of wholemeal rye

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix with the praline.

In a bowl, mix the agave syrup and the eggs one at a time. Then add the almond puree, the chocolate and the flour.

Pour the batter into the muffin cups with trays and bake for 15 minutes.
