Good, since I tested this recipe, the juice of chickpea has been there, then today I can’t help thinking that the white chick-peas, mounted, and added to the recipe might make the texture more air… it’s up to you if you want to test !

Chocolate fudge {vegan – gluten-free} 2015-03-18 14:11:23, 5-6 fudge Save Print Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 80 g of puree of hazelnuts
  • 12 cl of soya cream
  • 40 g of icing sugar
  • 40 g of the corn starch

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Melt the chocolate with the soya cream in a bain marie or in the microwave.
  • Add the puree of hazelnuts, the sugar and the cornstarch.
  • Divide the batter into muffin cups greased and well floured.
  • Bake for 8 minutes
