Raw eggs are again part of my diet (youhou…), then I’m happy and I’m back to cooking desserts with. And what better way to start the fall than a good homemade chocolate mousse though comforting ?! Well, yes, because the comfort food at us it passes as much by a good dish of lasagna as a good dessert, in short it is the home cooking !!!

Well here in this case it is a dessert, and a chocolate dessert … and who doesn’t love chocolate, I ask you my ptite lady (who said me ?!) ?!!!

It was an eternity that I had not made this dessert and as I had good fresh eggs from the market, I started (not by the window !).

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 150 g of good chocolate
  • 4 eggs extra-fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt


Get out your eggs ahead of the fridge to bring to room temperature.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix well and leave to cool.

Separate the yolks from whites, then add the egg yolks one at a time to the chocolate.

Mount the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add gently to the mixture chocolate-egg yolks.

Divide into ramekins and set aside 2 hours to cool before serving.

Good foam !
