Ahhhh… the chocolate mousse…. I talked about it here already, but here it is a small slaughter, that I propose to you, a chocolate mousse praline and raspberry. Yes of raspberries, and especially should you not spend, because the foam would be far too sickening without (well except for those who are able to eat the pot of chocolate spread by the spoonful !). Yes, because they add that touch of tangy essential to this dessert, which is actually a small killing (that said calorie bomb ?!…pfff forget the ordeal of the shirt !).

Small perfect dessert to impress her lover and make him enjoy with your fingers, why not !

Chocolate Mousse praline and raspberries

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 100 g of praline
  • 60 g of good chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 g of butter
  • 2 tbsp of cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Optional : chocolate shavings and/or bitter cocoa


Get out your eggs ahead of the fridge to bring to room temperature.

Melt the chocolate, the praline and the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix well and leave to cool.

Separate the yolks from whites, then add the egg yolks one at a time to the chocolate mixture.

Mount the egg whites with the pinch of salt and then add the sugar little by little. Gently fold the whites to the cake mixture.

Half fill the glasses with the foam, add a few raspberries and then cover with foam. Finish with a few raspberries on top.

Book 2 hours in a cool place. Before serving add above chocolate shavings and/or bitter cocoa.
