It was a long time that I wanted to test MY chocolate spread home, but I had never taken the time to do it !

The spreads of the trade are a delight (let us not hide !), but they are not terrible for our health, there is still a plethora of ingredients, odd and even spreads bio always have a tendency to be a bit too oily for my taste !!!

So the idea was to achieve a batter with more nuts, no oil and good taste chocolate ! The result is more than the height, you be the judge !

And why not test a version of chocolate-almond with almond ?!

DIY chocolate spread chocolate-hazelnut {vegan}

Ingredients (for 1 jar)

  • 150 g of puree of hazelnuts complete
  • 95 g of acacia honey or agave syrup
  • 25 g of bitter chocolate powder
  • 80 ml of oat milk
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Description

Mix all the ingredients together (except the milk), and dilute little by little with the milk plant.

Pour into a jar and keep cool.

Enjoy without moderation !!! And try with Mini palm trees to the chocolate paste house, for example !
