Finished (almost) our folder “preparing For Christmas” with a mouthful of chocolate known to all, the nose. With us the truffle at Christmas, it is a must that we take each year pleasure to prepare all all. Because, yes, it is everywhere, but the result is so good !!!

I propose you a version that is 100% plant-based cream and coconut oil, perfect to finish off with a little levity !!!

Chocolate truffles with cream of coconut

Ingredients (for twenty)

  • 375 g of good dark chocolate
  • 150 g cream of coconut
  • 2 c. c. of oil of coconut
  • Of the shredded coconut and/or cocoa bitter


The trick to get coconut cream is to refrigerate a can of coconut milk and then retrieve the cream will separate from the water, the cream one box should be enough.

Made melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the cream and the coconut oil.

Pour the preparation in a dish and then put in the freezer for 10 min.

With the help of a spoon form small balls, shape them by hand if needed, then dip in the shredded coconut or unsweetened cocoa.

Keep cool.
