It is the color of the trees begins to change and it is a pretty season, which opens its doors this fall. But that fall does not mean the days are dreary and sad (well not that), think of those beautiful autumn days (like today), where it is good to go take a little walk. And well it is thinking about all of this, I have made this composed salad of autumn beautifully colored. And then it’s also the pretty stalls, my producer at the market that inspired me : red cabbage, lamb’s lettuce, pear, and nuts are therefore of the part.
It is good, it is fresh and it is to consume without moderation !!!
Composed salad of fall
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 1/2 small red cabbage
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 pear
- 40 g of nuts
- 4 c. c. walnut oil
- 2 c. c. of cider vinegar
- 1 c. c. of shoyu (optional)
Wash and separate the clumps of mince.
Cut the red cabbage finely using a knife or a mandolin.
Cut the pear peeled in quarters.
Assemble the various ingredients and then add nuts.
Make the dressing by mixing together the walnut oil, vinegar, and shoyu. Émulsifiez and then add a pinch of salt.
Add the dressing over the salad and enjoy immediately.
