To comfort themselves a little with the time he’s done, I offer you a small compote of plums with all of the varieties that you like : plum, greengage, damson, plum red or yellow plum… you decide. All washed down with maple syrup, mmm… it’s simple then start blogging !

Serve on a good and yogurt with a few fresh coconuts for example !

Compote of plums in maple syrup

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 400 g of plums of your choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


Preheat the oven to 160°.

Wash and cut your plums in two, in order to remove the stones.

Put the plums in a baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup.

Bake for 20 min.
