What would you say about good cookies any chocolate ?! Good I make you the topo, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate… yes I know this is a little cracking but what do you want to I try to cure myself !!! But as it is Wednesday, it was still a little the excuse of taste of children, well not me but I have the excuse of taste, Sir, well, yes it eats the little beasts in there !
Cookies both crisp and chewy as I like it, and then it is so easy to do that it would be a shame to deny it !
Ingredients (for a fortnight)
- 150 g of good dark chocolate in pieces
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 120 g of cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g de vergeoise brune
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. c. of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the sugars, vanilla extract and eggs and mix until the mixture is smooth.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and pinch of salt together and then stir in to the mixture previous. Finally, add the chocolate in pieces and then stir.
Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Preheat the oven to 170°.
Take out the dough from the fridge and shape into balls using an ice cream spoon. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet spacing them well.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Enjoy warm if you can’t wait or once cooled !
