Hmm cookies… big chocolate chips that throw in the tooth and the sweetness of the biscuit, it is to die for !
A classic that Mister loves it and me too !!!
And like all classics, they can be revisited !
Cookies fluffy, chocolate chip
Ingredients (makes about thirty)
- 400 g of flour
- 250 g of butter
- 200 g of good dark chocolate
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g de vergeoise brune
- 2 eggs
- 1 c to c of vanilla extract
- 1 c to c of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Break the chocolate in order to get pieces the size of chips.
Working in mixer the butter with the sugars until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs, the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
Mix the flour, the bicarbonate and the pinch of salt, and add to the cake mixture to get a thick paste. Finally, add the chocolate in pieces and then stir.
Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Take out the dough from the fridge and shape into balls the size of a small ping-pong ball. Put the balls on a plate and smashing them slightly, and spacing them well.
Cook 10 minutes for each tour.
Enjoy these good cookies fluffy, chocolate chip, once cooled !
