Boo !!! Good, maybe you have not been afraid, but you’ll change your mind when you see these terrifying cookies ghosts that I’ve prepared for Halloween ! Yes, because Halloween is in two days, so what could be better than on Wednesday to prepare these delicious cookies ghosts with the children (which is the holiday ?! Bon bah tomorrow or the day after tomorrow-it works !). To make it simple and delicious, I have chosen to take part of the recipe for my cookies in the chocolate, and the overcoming of ghosts in swiss meringue. Don’t worry there is nothing phantom sorcerer in there !!! Good, and if you’re ever in lack of inspiration and that you need to create a huge buffet sweet for Halloween (you never know), no panic, there is also the cupcakes mummies and cupcakes spider more scary as each other !

Cookies ghosts {Halloween}

To 15 cookies ghosts Save Print Ingredients

  • 150 g of flour
  • 150 g of butter
  • 120 g of cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 100 g de vergeoise brune
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • FOR THE GHOSTS
  • 1 egg white
  • 35 g of caster sugar
  • Chocolate chips

 

Preparation

  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the sugars, vanilla extract and eggs and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Mix the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and pinch of salt together and then stir in to the mixture previous.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 170°.
  • Take out the dough from the fridge and shape into balls using an ice cream spoon. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet spacing them well and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 13 minutes.
  • During this time, prepare the swiss meringue for this, put the white eggs in a salaier in a bain-marie, then start the climb in the snow. Add the sugar in rain and then continue to beat until a meringue is glossy. Remove the bowl from the bain marie and continue to whisk the meringue until it has cooled down completely.
  • Put the preparation in a pocket socket and check ghosts on your cookies.
  • Add the chocolate chips as eye.
