After the success of the Creme brulee nougat here is one of his girlfriends, the creme brulee nougat nougat. Yes yes I know this is a little cracking to put the nougat in a cream brulee, but what do you want to, when we are greedy we do not remake ! The nougat is good, then in a creme brulee nougat…humm… it is a true delight !

Then, it is that the gourmand(e)s …???!!!

Creme brulee nougat 

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 30 cl of whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 40 g of nougat soft
  • 10 g of sugar + 4 tbsp for caramelizing


Preheat the oven to 100°.

In a saucepan, heat the cream and add the nougat into pieces and then let it melt on low heat 5 min. Then mix the preparation.

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and 10 g of sugar together.

Replace the cream to heat, and the first quiverings pour it over the mixture of eggs and sugar and mix.

Divide the preparation into 4 ramekins and arrange in a baking dish and cover with hot water to mid-height.

Cook in a bain marie for 1 hour and 15.

Once cooked, let the creams cool and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum.

Before serving, sprinkle the sugar over the cream and let them caramelize with a blowtorch or under the grill.
