Everything is very often a pretext to have a drink (don’t you think ?!), then it is necessary to find snacks and have fun during these shared moments between friends or family. I had already made a recipe of croquet at the very beginning of the blog (right here), and a little over a year after here is another version.

And with the beautiful autumn days that we have at the moment, we must celebrate, right ?!

Then, we take the apéro ?!

Croquet pesto and sunflower seeds

Ingredients (for twenty)

  • 300 g of flour
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 50 g of sunflower seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of pesto
  • 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
  • 1 c. c. of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 c. to c. of salt

Description

In a bowl, pour the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt, made a well and pour in the center the eggs, oil and pesto. Mix together quickly to form the dough. Then add the sunflower seeds, the herbs de Provence and pepper.

Form two rolls of 3-cm diameter and flatten slightly. Put aside in a cool place for 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 200°.

Cut slices not too thick and arrange on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes.

Let them cool and enjoy !
