This week in my vegetable basket I had apples and rhubarb. After you have made a thousand and one recipes around the rhubarb, I just wanted a good crumble to just take advantage of these good fruits. The almond adds a little crunch and goes perfectly with the apple and rhubarb, you can replace the slivered almonds with the almond powder if you don’t have one (everything is adaptable !) !!!
Perfect for tea on the Wednesday afternoon with the children, duo or solo (yeah you need to know to be greedy) !
Serve warm or cold with a spoon of good fresh cream, yoghurt or just like that !!!

Peel and cut the apples into chunks and do the same with the rhubarb. Put it all in a pan with the butter and let stew 10 minutes at low heat.
