A good little crumble vegetable base of broccoli, and onions caramelized in balsamic vinegar anyone ?
So here is a tasty recipe which will appeal to all !
Crumble the broccoli with Parmesan cheese
Ingredients (for 2-3)
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 white onion
- 2 c to s of balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Espelette pepper
- Salt and pepper
For the crumble
- 100 g of flour
- 65 g butter
- 45 g of parmesan cheese
Wash the broccoli, chop into florets and then blanch for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Once cooked drain and place in cold water to stop the cooking process and keep its beautiful green color.
Cut the onion in half, then slice into strips.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion. Made melt over a low heat for 5 min. Then add the balsamic vinegar and allow to cook for another 5 minutes then season to taste.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
For the crumble, blend with the fingertips all the ingredients to form crumbs.
Put the onion and the broccoli in a dish and mix with a sprinkle of Espelette pepper.
Add the crumbs crumble on top.
Bake for 20 min.
