It’s winter, it’s cold, it’s snowing, then, to cheer what better than a little tour through the islands ?!

Then do not look through the window, put on your best music of ukulele and imagine yourself at the edge of a super sandy beach by 30°… ah it’s good to dream not ?! For consolation, you have at least your breakfast crumble !

Mango, pineapple, coconut and lemon-green, a little ray of tropical sun fondant and crunchy in the mouth, perfect for a dessert light and delicious.

Crumble coconut mango and pineapple

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • The juice of a lime
  • 40 g of cane sugar

For the crumble

  • 60 g of flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 15 g shredded coconut


Peel the mango and the pineapple and then cut it into cubes. Add the juice of the green lemon and the sugar, mix and let macerate in a cool hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Meanwhile prepare the crumble. To do this, put all the ingredients together in a bowl and sand, the preparation of the fingertips in order to get the crumble.

Put the fruit marinated in a baking dish and cover with the crumble.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve warm or cold with a scoop of ice cream if the desire arises !!!
