I don’t know about you, but for me it happens to me quite often forget the fruits in the basket and when they are found and they are a little wilted. There for the kick-it was altogether a kilo of fishing that I had forgotten (oops…) so it was that I found a solution for restoring the radiance of my peaches a little stunted ! And I find that the crumbles of fruit are perfect for that. Point of butter with us, so I adapted the traditional recipe of crumble to make a healthier and no less delicious. A crumble fishery comprised of fishery, of course, but also of rolled oats (ok, until then you follow because you correctly read the title of the article, bravo !) but also for coconut oil, sugar, full, and whole wheat flour… good stuff !

Go, go, one brings together all the ingredients, turn on the oven and we get a nice little crumble for dessert tonight (and as a bonus it will remain the same for tomorrow morning !).
