With Christmas approaching, here is a recipe of crunchy treat for small and large.

Crunchy Christmas almonds, clementines and cinnamon

Ingredients (for a fortnight)

  • 120 g of sugar cane
  • 35 g almond chopped
  • 35 g of powder of almonds
  • 40 g of flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • The zest of a clementine


Preheat the oven to 200°.

In a bowl, mix the almond powder, almonds, chopped, sugar, cinnamon and zest.
Add the egg white and flour and mix without too much work.

Drop small heaps of dough on a baking sheet, spacing them well.

Put in the oven for 10 min and then repeat until exhaustion of the paste.
