Halloween is coming soon then we go to the american hour with a recipe that is a fear that the cupcakes mummies ! Here’s a cupcake Halloween chocolate and mummified to the dough sugar for décor that’s “so cute” and a little terrifying when even !!!

We devoured these cupcakes this afternoon with Leah, F., and Mr. for the taste and there remains a crumb !

The recipe is simple (well almost) but it requires a bit of time if you make your dough for sugar house. You’ll have even more excuses not to give pleasure to all the world for Halloween with this gluttony.

Cupcakes mummies {Halloween}

Ingredients (for 8)

For the base chocolate

  • 90 g of flour
  • 80 g of butter pomade
  • 80 g of cane sugar
  • 10 g of bitter cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 c. c. yeast chemical

For the chocolate frosting

  • 100 g of good dark chocolate
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 60 g butter, softened
  • 25 g of coconut milk

For the decoration mummy

  • 250 g of icing sugar + 50 g
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 13 g of marshmallows-white
  • smarties colour
  • a little bit of melted dark chocolate

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Mix together the butter and the sugar using a whisk and then add the eggs. Beat well all. Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the mixture and stir with a spatula. Mix all with the milk.

Divide the mixture among the muffin cups, covered boxes and put in the oven for 13 min. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Make the frosting, for this start by melting the chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave. Beat together the butter and the coconut milk then add the icing sugar and whisk until the mixture is well creamy. Add the chocolate mixture with a spatula.

Put the frosting on the cupcakes and trim the tops to get a smooth surface.

To make your dough in sugar house, mix in a bowl the icing sugar and the water. Put the marshmallows swell 20 seconds in the microwave and then add the mixture of icing sugar. Mix well using a mixer fitted with hooks to the dough until the mixture becomes crumbly. Then go to the hand by spreading the mixture on a work plan sweetened with icing sugar (as with flour) and mix well until you obtain a smooth dough (you may need to add a little water or a little sugar depending on if the dough is too dry or too liquid). If you don’t feel like you take the head to buy your dough to sugar all made !

Spread then the dough sugar about 2-3 mm using a rolling pin making sure to sweeten your plan of work before.

Cut strips about 5 mm wide.

Decorate your cupcakes with the strips of dough in sugar and then add the smarties for the eyes and add a hint of chocolate for the pupils.

Book at cool or room temperature before serving.
