On Friday, it’s ravioli, but forget the ravioli in Italian, and the boxes to the tomato sauce because today is chinese dumplings ! And as the spring arrives, finally… is already here, and we also want a bit of lightness on our plates (it was me who said it, me that you’ve proposed a ravioli “iflette” in the beginning of the week ! yes but I have an excuse it was cold and ugly !). Anyway let’s move on, it is therefore of dumplings steam chicken and lemon-green who will land on your plate this weekend, because, yes, even if you had not planned it at the menu, saw the little ingredients you need you do not have excuses !
Go zou, short to the chinese grocery and picked up a packet of leaves to ravioli, wonton.
Dumplings steam chicken and lemon green
For a fortnight, Save Print Ingredients
- 1/2 package of dough to ravioli, wonton
- 200 g of chicken fillet
- 1/2 green onion
- The zest of a lime
- 1 inch of fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Chop the chicken with the onion and the ginger. Add the zest and season.
- Shape small balls and then form your ravioli. To do this put the ball of meat in center of square of dough wonton, moisten the edges with water and then take the four corners and assemble them. Turn them to form small packages. Do this until you run out of stuffing.
- Arrange the dumplings in a steamer and let cook for 20 minutes.
Enjoy with soy sauce or serve in a broth of thai.
