We start the week in putting green with a recipe that I am sure you will… it comes to pasta to the lawyer. Mister is a big fan of pasta and I a big fan of avocado, then the idea came to me as a highlight (don’t worry, I don’t have views of the spirit…whatever !!!). Anyway, this sauce is the lawyer cémeuse to perfection, slightly tangy and spiced by pink berries, and the texture of the ricotta toast above is a wonder !!!
So, want to put you in the green ?!
Eliche to counsel, ricotta toast and pink berries
Ingredients (for 2)
- 200 g of pasta eliche
- 1 avocado
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- The juice of half a lemon
- Berries roses
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Put the ricotta in a baking dish, season and drizzle olive oil over top. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as indicated on the package.
During this time prepare the sauce by mixing the flesh of the avocado, the lemon juice, a pinch of pink peppercorns and a quarter of the ricotta toast. Season the mixture.
Serve your pasta with the sauce and avocado and ricotta toast and pink berries.
