Escalope of veal rolled with bacon and summer savory
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 veal cutlets
- 4 thin slices of bacon
- Sprigs of savory fresh
- Olive oil
Put the cutlets flat and cover with two slices of bacon each. Flip them, put a few sprigs of savory inside and pepper.
Then roll the cutlet and close with a toothpick.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and brown on all sides and the rolled veal. Turn the heat down and cover and let cook 8 minutes, turning mid-cooking.
To finish, remove the lid and increase the heat to reduce the cooking juices.
