Yes yes it is a recipe of meat for us today… Here is an article that I have to offer you for a little while, but it is never too late !!!

So, if you receive the world at home this weekend (or not !), after the cocktail with the sand at the parmesan, I give you a “p’tite” idea for the main dish, a filet mignon stuffed home with good ingredients. Herbs, garlic and homemade breadcrumbs, form a stuffing, so simple but so tasty…

Enjoy with carrots roasted in thyme and garlic !

Filet mignon of pork stuffed with herbs and bread

Ingredients (for 4-6)

  • 1 filet mignon of pork
  • 50 g of bread crumbs home or not !
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g of butter half-salt
  • Pepper


Preheat the oven to 180°.

Wash and chop the parsley leaves finely.

For the stuffing, mix together the bread crumbs, butter, softened, garlic cloves, minced and the parsley. Add pepper and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Open the pork tenderloin of pork in half lengthwise and stuff the centre of the net.

Close the fillet by rolling it and bardez with twine.

Put in a casserole baking dish, add a few shavings of butter on top, cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Let stand out of oven for 10 minutes before serving.
