The fish thai coconut milk…a recipe that we love to do with Mr. for its exotic taste but also for its lightness because everything is cooked directly in the coconut milk (it is not beautiful life ?!). I’ll take you, therefore, travel in Thailand, take a seat !
It only remains to find an exotic grocery store !!!
Fish in thai coconut milk
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 back of colin wild
- 60 cl of coconut milk
- 1 stick of lemongrass
- 1 lemon, combava (zest and juice)
- 1 white onion
- 3 leaves lemon ” kaffir lime “
- 1 nut of fresh ginger
- 1 c to s of fish sauce
- 1 c to c of brown sugar
Snip the lemongrass and the ginger, and cut the onion into thin strips.
In a wok, put all the ingredients together except the fish, and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes so that the sauce begins to reduce.
Add the fish and cook 7 min on low heat.
Serve immediately and enjoy with thai rice or basmati (I do not want to !).
