The royan is a great classic meal is not making head (like a plate of dough !), because as I already said, one stores a bag of a kilo in the congèl’ !!! Good but there is a little change in revenue of broth and gratins of ravioles, preparing a small flan with a base of broccoli.
Simple, effective, and perfect to eat raw broccoli to the children !!!
Enjoy as an input or flat complete with a good salad.
Flan of broccoli with ravioli
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 500 g of broccoli
- 2 plates of ravioli Royans
- 4 eggs
- 40 cl of liquid cream
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Of the nutmeg.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Cut the broccoli into florets and then put to cook in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain well.
Beat the eggs with the cream then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Crush coarsely the broccoli and then have a first third in the bottom of a buttered cake mold. Add it over a plate of ravioli. Repeat by covering with the broccoli and ravioli, and end up with broccoli.
Pour over the mixture of eggs and cream.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan and enjoy warm.
