Flan carrot to the Tome des Bauges
Ingredients (for 4)
- 300 g of mashed carrots
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of Tome des Bauges
- 1 c to s of thick cream
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- 1 c to c of cumin seeds
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cut the cheese into small dice.
Beat the eggs with the cream and then add the mashed carrots, stir. Then add the cumin, Espelette pepper, and the diced cheese.
Divide the preparation into ramekins and then place in an ovenproof dish in a bain-marie.
Bake for 30-35 min.
