The flan Grandma it is the dessert of my childhood, a dessert, quite simple but that delights the entire world. Thank you to my mom for getting me passed on this recipe, who held it of his mom.

Flan Grandma


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c to s of flour
  • 3 c to s of sugar
  • 3 c to s of milk
  • 1 c to s of orange flower water (optional)


Preheat the oven to 170°.

Beat the eggs and sugar together, then add the sifted flour.

Dilute gradually with the milk and then add the orange flower water.

Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 20 min.

Once cooked you can sprinkle with sugar or eat as is.
