The time of autumn fruits is installed and the varieties of pears are becoming more numerous on the stalls of the markets. I love the fars, the flognardes and other cakes made of pancake batter, so I have created a small version of any basic pears and almonds.

Almonds also arrive with the fall, and have a thousand virtues, then chewable or in the kitchen think about it !

Flognarde pears and almonds {without milk}

Ingredients

  • 180 g of flour
  • 80 g of cane sugar
  • 20 g of powder of almonds complete
  • 2 pears
  • 3 eggs
  • 45 cl of vegetable milk (here rice milk)
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • A little bit of butter

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugars until the mixture is foamy. Pour the flour and almond powder, mix, and then mix gradually with the milk.

Peel the pears, cut them in four, empty them and cut into small quarters.

Butter a baking dish, put the pears in and cover with the preparation. Then add the slivered almonds on the top.

Bake for 40 min.

Enjoy warm or cold dusted with a little icing sugar !
