Here is a simple recipe, the flognarde. For those of you (maybe the gentlemen reading the blog, it’s not going to be sectarian!) who do not know the flognarde is like a clafoutis, but with apples.
Monsieur is allergic to raw apples, so to make him eat and to change a little of the compote, it is necessary that I find other desserts.
So here is a dessert recipe that is easy and can be enjoyed throughout the world, and this is not because you are not allergic to the apple raw, that you do not have the right to taste it !!!
Flognarde with apples
- 100 g of flour
- 80 g of cane sugar
- 40 g of butter
- 40 cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp of calvados or rum
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is foamy. Then add the butter previously melted.
Pour the flour, mix, and then mix gradually with the milk.
Embed to finish the calvados or rum.
Peel the apples, cut them up into four and then into thin wedges.
Butter a baking dish, put the apples inside, then cover with preparation. Then add a few shavings of butter on top.
Bake for 40 min.
Enjoy warm or cold !
